• 4'0"x2'.0 (Rak or Qutome Brand Tiles) Flooring with Minimum rate at 169/sft

Brick Work:

• With Red Mud bricks as per customer requirement with plastering of good texture as per drawings complete.

Wood Work:

• With Teakwood Frame and Single Teakwood shutter for entrance single door only and the other doors are flush doors and upvc windows (alpine or one plus brand) with black pinhead glass shutters fixed and safety grills. Bathroom dors are UPVC type with approved quality.

PAINTING:

• Finishing with putty and Emulsion paints (Asian Paints) Internal and External. (For exterior only for elevation side putty and Emulsion paints will be coated remaining three walls will bbe coated with emulsion paint only without putty).

Electrical & Plumbing:

• Electrical & Plumbing works with Branded materials (Sudhakar for Pipes, Gold Medal or Finolex OR Gold medal for wires, for switches Basic model). MCB is of legrand Basic. Vizag steel or Simhadri Steel. Ramco, Priya, Raasi or equivalent branded 53-grade cement.

Kitchen:

• Black granite (black peral) cooking platform with steel sink and 2' height dado above the platform Cupboards with cement planks

Water:

• Municipal water connection for Terrace.
• Water supply lines with CPVC (Sudhakar or Equivalent).
• Water tank is of 1000 capacity sintex make.
• Brick masonry or M.S. Pipe or zinc grills for the safety of staircase and balconies
• Bore with 1.0 HP motor upto a fair depth. (uo to 100feet)
• Sanitary pipes of branded materials (Sudhakar).
